COOKIES

If there is one thing Emmy loves to do it is eat! She LOVES food and anything that has to do with it! :)

When we were in Seattle in Feb (pics coming soon), Gabby was VERY into dinosaurs and told her grandparents that she is very good at naming dinosaurs. Emmy piped up and proclaimed "I am good at naming DONUTS!" :)

Gotta love it! and her!

Here are some pics of her making cookies...

and of course tasting them...

Have a great Tuesday!

Monogram Monday...

Happy Monday!

Here are a few of the fun things I have been up to lately...

Love this sailboat font!
This is for a sweet little girl at Gabby's school...

I love all the variety they chose!

I love the 'O' in this font:

Here are a bunch of towels with a variety of fonts... I LOVE THESE!

Here are the girls Valentines shirts... I think these are cute year round, especially if you changed up fabric choices.

Here are some boy baby gifts... this client is so fabulous... she just tells me a color scheme and how many onesies, bibs, blankets, etc. she wants and lets me have fun! If I ever have a boy this is what his wardrobe would be like! :)

This is a burp cloth, changing pad, and super soft blanket...

Three onesies... one with the embroidery on the butt!
Here are the bibs with the burp cloths...

I love these thing 1 and thing 2 onesies for twins!

One of my favorite little boys had a baseball birthday party and they used these t-shirts with the baseball font for the party favors... HOW FUN!

and of course these are flying of the shelf with the summer months ahead! I need to do some for the girls ASAP... Gabby said her teacher is tired of seeing everyones undies! :)

Happy Mothers Day

Happy Mothers Day!!

I hope all the Mommy's out there are feeling loved and blessed... it is a hard job but soooo fabulous!

Both of Gabby's schools had luncheons for the moms (and lucky for me, on different days!). We were spoiled and loved.

Here we are at her first school... (I didn't get very good pictures but you get the idea!)
She made me a place mat complete with my picture and my age: 9 :)

Here are her two fabulous teachers... it was one of their birthdays so we got to sing and have cake as well!

and the next day we did it all again! The teachers served us at both schools which I think is such a nice, thoughtful gesture. It is also fun seeing Gabby with her friends.

We had such a special lunch both days... just the two of us. I am so proud of her!

and I think she enjoyed it as well!

Both the girls made me enough loot to last until next mothers day! Gabby made me a bookmark with thumbprint flowers, my portrait, a special photo block, this flower pot, two place mats, a sponge painting of me, two cards and a fabulous necklace. Emmy made me teapot with a bag of tea as well as a marble fish. LOVE it all! :)

and then... Gabby did two performances...

She sang "Mommy loves me, this I know" (to the tune of Jesus Loves Me)... it was so precious... I didn't know whether to cry or beam!

All the classes did such a great job! Here is one group bowing...

and this group had props!

Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there! I hope you are so blessed this year and enjoy this special day! :)

Bringing a smile to this Monogramming Mama

Gabby switches schools in the middle of the day... She has her oral deaf Education program in the morning and her regular preschool in the afternoon.

She has gotten into the habit of singing songs to Emmy while she waits for them to take her out of the car and into preschool (SO NICE that I don't have to park and take them in!)...

oh yeah... we are now the 'proud' owners of a minivan...so there is ample room for them to WALK (yes...who knew we all needed cars that kids can walk in) around and play (bother) with each other... when we are parked (OF COURSE!) :)

I digress...

Gabby now sings her own version of songs...

"open and shut them, open and shut them
lay them on your knees...
Creep them, creep them
slowly creep them
right up to your INITIALS (!!)"

ENOUGH SAID! :)
